Glenmorangie brings the Highlands to New York in celebration of Tartan Week

Glenmorangie's whisky makers have been honing their craft for more than 180 years, and create a delicate and fruity spirit in the tallest stills in Scotland to allow for more taste and aroma. Led by Director of Whisky Creation, Dr Bill Lumsden, this pioneering team are on a mission to bring new flavours and possibilities to the world of single malt Scotch whisky. 

Earlier this year, the award-winning single malt unveiled a new campaign, ‘Once Upon a Time in Scotland’, fronted by Hollywood superstar, Harrison Ford.  Filmed in the picturesque north-east Highlands of Scotland, the campaign captures the natural beauty of the local area: from the historic distillery in Tain, to the storied 19th century Ardross Castle, and the dramatic landscapes surrounding Loch Glass.  Appearing alongside Ford are the real Glenmorangie distillery team — who embraced their first experience of acting under the guidance of a global cinematic legend — while the brand’s flagship whiskies,Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old and Glenmorangie Infinita 18 Years Old also take on a starring role. 

Glenmorangie will be taking over the whisky bar at Sony Hall during the post-parade party, where whisky lovers can engage with National Brand Ambassador, Dan Crowell, and acquaint themselves with the whiskies enjoyed by Harrison Ford in the campaign.
